Meet Our Team

Kristen, from Pittsburgh PA born and raised started working for us one month ago and has quickly moved up the ladder. She most admires Jose because he has helped her grow with a better mentality on focusing on her goals and how to achieve them. One day she hopes to open her own office in Denver, CO. We're so excited to watch her progress!

Assistant Manager, Jarred, is our local from Pittsburgh! He admires the enthusiasm that grows within our company and is persistent in facing challenges. He’s a great leader, motivator, and he cares about his team’s success!”

Nathan is our top leader here in the office. He studied business administration at Butler Community College and his goal is to become our next Assistant Manager. He enjoys motorcross, bowling, traveling with the company, and he enjoys being challenged and is very competitive”

Kyle is a leader, he holds a bachelors in communications and media arts from Bethany College. He’s working on management, leadership skills, and his long term goal is to open his own office in Denver, Colorado. His hobbies include collecting vinyls and being active.

Justin is a manager, he holds a major in criminal justice. He admires our CEO, Hilary, for her creativity and intensity. He hopes to open an office in Chicago.

Tiera studied Criminal Justice and Business Management before finding her place here with us. She was an avid track runner and she loves wrestling! Although she's only been here for three months, she bring high energy to the team and inspires others. We are so proud of her.

Mitch will always find a way to make you laugh and keep you in style! Mitch attended John A. Brashear school before joining our team. His hobbies outside of the office include music and being a big Pirates fan! Mitch wants to hit management within the next 8-12 months, and his first reward will be getting a new car!

Grady is the comedian in the office. He is always ready to make someone laugh. Outside of work he plays video games and likes to hang with his family. His goals currently are to be promoted into Assistant Management by May of 2017.

Mike is a leader and transferred from the New York office. He’s been with the company for eight months. His favorite sports teams are the New York Giants. His long term goal is to become financially stable to take care of his family.

Jose is originally from the Dominican Republic and started with our New York Branch. He helped bring over a new program with our company two months ago! Jose is doing an excellent job helping the company grow, and is in the process of building his own team. We are happy to see all that he can accomplish with us.

John or "cheez" as we call him is our newest leader here at Iron City Executives. Believe it or not he was just promoted into a leadership role as of 9/11/17 after three short weeks of soaking up all of the information and directions given to him like a sponge. He made the comment "Who has ever heard of the saying seeing is believing? Well it's completely bull...because you have to believe something before you see it to achieve your goals." With that being said he has named his team that he will build #mind m.o.b. and we are so excited to watch him grow to see everything he will accomplish with us.

Brian is from East Liverpool Ohio and has helped with the Inspire Campaign immensely. He says that his account manager Michael aka Moose is his inspiration because he picks out his flaws and pushes him to look at them as a challenge that he can conquer! We're so happy to have him on our team and we look forward to watching him build a team that he calls Rat Pack after his hometown friend group.

This is Terry one of our newest leaders in account management and we are very excited to have him on our team. Thanks for being a great example of a driven successful leader passing up most of the people that have been here for months! Terry's goal is to hit Management in 8 months!
