Our Story

Iron City Executives expanded from the New Jersey branch two years ago, leading to the founding of our Pittsburgh office in 2014. In just two short years, we have expanded into three markets. Through our hands-on learning and mentorship approach, Iron City Executives has developed the highest caliber employees in the country giving our clients the freedom to focus on their core business. Statistics from our clients and feedback from our team support the incredible growth and return on investments that we can provide.  Since 2014, we have provided our employees with over $20,000 in both cash and prize bonuses. In our Pittsburgh office we have two managers. We are looking forward to another expansion this year which will be lead by one of these managers.


The Leaders of Iron City Executives

Meet the dedicated team of leaders behind Iron City Executives.


Jarred H. is a graduate of the Wilberforce University where he studied Health Services Administration. Jarred outside of work enjoys basketball, spending time with his fraternity, and traveling. He also enjoys volunteering and participating in community service projects. Here at Iron City Executives Jarred sets the tone during our morning atmosphere meeting and always exemplifies leadership qualities. Jarred hopes to move into management soon.


Dan P. is a new leader to our team and we are so excited to have him! Currently his responsibilities include training and development of other employees, along with running impact meetings for our new hires! He is a great role model in the office and just all around a fun time! We are looking forward to helping him grow his team as he excels even more through our program!



Aaron P. is a graduate of the University of Maryland where he studied Kinesiology and Virginia Commonwealth University where received his Masters in Athletic Training and Sports Medicine. His responsibilities here at Iron City Executives  include: developing skills to grow into a a trainer role, handling client sales and distribution, and addressing customer needs. Aaron is one of our trainers in the office. His main focus is to contribute to the success of Iron City Executives through education and mentor work. In the future, he hopes to be in a position to help others achieve their goals and make their dreams a reality. The most valuable skill he has learned here at Iron City Executives is clarity of goals.


Brandon W. is a graduate of Ross Medical where he received his Dental Certification. Outside of work Brandon loves to go to amusement parks, camping, and swimming. At Iron City Executives Brandon helps with teaching and training, team building, managing distributors, and networking. He hopes to move into management by Spring of 2017.



Grady W. is a new leader to our team. He is the only leader currently to get promoted in his first few weeks out of training! He has grown so much in such a little amount of time. Grady attended PTI where he was majoring in HVAC. Outside of his time with I.C.E. Grady plays PS4 and bartends! He is the prime example of keeping things simple and having a great time. He just started building a team, and we are so excited to see the talent he has already brought in!




Leo K. is a new leader to our team. He is originally from Angola, which he claims as the “nicest place in the world!” During his free time, Leo plays soccer, practices martial arts, and is currently teaching himself French! He plans on learning the back end of our sales and marketing team, as he wants to help Jarred expand out to North Carolina! He has been an amazing role model for our newer employees, and one of the nicest people in the office!




Taylor J. is a graduate of Seton Hill University where she received her undergraduate degree in Business with minors in Spanish and Communications and a MBA in Business Management. Taylor is our office manager here at Iron City Executives and works in our Human Resource department. She is responsible for recruiting, new hires, and new hire paperwork. She hopes to in the future learn the other positions available here and train future admins to be as great of an admin as she is! Her main goal, however, is to be the right hand to a new owner and to help him or her build a new office. Taylor says the most valuable skill Iron City Executives has taught her is time management.

Philanthropic Involvement

Fostering a philanthropic corporate culture, our team members participate in community work and fundraising events on a regular basis. So far, Iron City Executives has donated approximately $85,000 to numerous charities in the Pittsburgh area. Our main focus for 2016, is to increase our philanthropic involvement in the community. We have adopted a new philanthropy in 2016, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. The Iron City Executives team will be support St. Jude’s through office fundraisers and will be participating in the Pittsburgh Marathon this upcoming May. The team also participates in a variety of other community events to give back to our thriving local community.
